Why We Serve
Mission, Vision & Values
Mission:
At GCCS, our mission is to equip students to serve and glorify God.
Vision:
We seek to be a community where the diversity of God’s Kingdom and the broader West Michigan community is reflected in our students, their families, and our staff.
From preschool to 12th grade, GCCS students are grounded in faith and equipped to engage the world for Jesus Christ by building the Kingdom wherever God places them. They engage God’s calling on their lives in community, understanding we rely on one another and are collectively responsible for building up the body of Christ for works of service (Ephesians 4:11-16).
Values:
- Grounded in Faith
- Connected through Relationships
- Committed to Excellence
- Prepared for Service

Logo Do’s & Don’ts:

Do not crop logo

Do not add effects

Do not change colors

Do keep logo the same
Never download any of our logos from any public online location for use. Doing this can distort the logo in many ways, even when the distortion isn’t visible. All logos must be obtained by direct download from the shared GCCS Google Drive.

Squire Green
Squire Green is the most prominent color in the system. It should always be the default for headlines, logos, and overlays. Squire Green at a 25% opacity may be used for backgrounds and accents.
Squire Gold
Squire Gold should be used sparingly and as an accent color in icons and illustrations. It can be used to add a pop of color to executions or to highlight a feature or call-out. Squire Gold at a 25% opacity may be used for backgrounds and accents.
Squire Gray
Squire Gray can be used as a secondary background color option. A 25% opacity may be used where appropriate for accents.
Pure White
Pure White is the most prominent background color. Squire Green on top of Pure White is the highest ranking color combination. Pure White should be used as the primary text color on top of Squire Green for headlines and call-outs.
