Our Counselors
Hannah VanderWall
School Social Worker

Hannah VanderWall is passionate about nurturing students and staff to share and reflect on their and other’s life experiences. She believes God created each of us as unique image-bearers but also intended for us to learn together as a community. Hannah received her B.A. in Social Work at Calvin University and Masters of Social Work with a clinical emphasis through Michigan State University. She started her career at Bethany Christian Services serving refugee and immigrant youth. While working as a case manager at BCS she attended many school meetings to support youth resettling in America. It was here that Hannah discovered a deeper passion for school social work. She values the opportunities schools provide to support and challenge students in their walks of life.
