After receiving a BA in Spanish, I had the privilege to live in Spain for over 15 years in which I pursued a BA in Education and a Masters in Neuropsychology as well as worked teaching children of all ages. More importantly, however, we started our amazing family including 4 children who attend GCCS. We moved from Spain to the States in 2013, in which I began a Masters in Linguistics at WMU. I started off at GCS teaching 5th grade, and this year I am discovering 3rd grade! I am blessed to be able to share God´s gift of language with my students and to support them in discovering their own gifts and talents to further His kingdom.
In our free time, our family enjoys traveling and discovering more about God´s great creation, hiking, and just about anything outdoors.
A favorite verse of mine is Phillipians 4:6-7:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
