GCCS Pay to Participate
Information for the 2026-27 school year
General Info:
All students participating in Athletics and/or Drama must complete and submit a Pay-to-Participate Application.
All athletes must also submit a completed MHSAA Sport Physical with a doctor’s signature before the first day of practice. We encourage you to submit your paperwork as early as possible.
Students cannot participate in the first day of practice without a completed physical.
Your athlete will not be able to play in a game until the $100 Pay to Participate fee is paid.
The cost of a Pay to Participate membership is $100 per event. The maximum amount a family will pay for Pay to Participate memberships is $400 per school year. Once a family has purchased four (4) Pay to Participate memberships (any combination of sports and drama), they do not need to pay more for the entirety of the current school year.

Forms Submission & Payment Options:
There are two main options for turning in your completed forms with payment.
- Hand in completed forms in person to the Calvin Christian High School office. Check or credit card payment accepted.
