Advancement

Grandville Calvin Christian Schools are committed to guiding students to know God and serve his world.  In partnership with the home, we strive to help students become all that God has created them to be.  Our goal and prayer is that they are ready to live out the mission of LOVING-LEARNING-SERVING when they leave our schools.

Our mission is continuous through the generosity of people like you who partner with us.  Your gifts help us to provide an education current with the latest technology, safe transportation, upgrades for our aging buildings, and financial aid to families.

We recognize that tuition is each family’s commitment, but tuition alone does not cover the cost of  Christian education.  With your faithful support and God’s blessings, we have been able to provide a Christian education for the past 60 years.  With your prayers and gifts, we will continue to shape hearts, minds, and strength for Christ.

SPRING DINNER RECEPTION

mistaken identity book cover

We will be hosting Newell and Colleen Cerak, parents of Whitney Cerak, as our guest speakers at our spring reception on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.  Newell and Colleen’s daughter Whitney was mistakenly identified as deceased at the scene of a tragic accident in the spring of 2006.  One month later, it was discovered that Whitney was, in fact, alive, and another family, thinking she was their daughter, had been caring for her the entire time.

Join us for this amazing evening held at The Goei Center with a drink and appetizer reception followed by our guest speakers.  There is no charge to attend.  There will be an appeal to give to our Squire Fund at the end of the evening.  To make reservations, email dwoodfin@gccsmi.orgor call the Calvin Business Office at 616-532-2373.
